Booking policy

Guarantee deposit (10% advance fee) is charged in euro by Holidays Apart, upon reservation.

Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel (cards welcome: VISA and Mastercard).

In case of cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.

For a cancellation or no show, fees are deducted from the guarantee deposit of the total amount of the reservation.

100% up to 21 days before arrival. 100% for no show.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

Appendix of rates

Our Deluxe bedrooms can also accommodate an extra bed for a child up to the age of 13 years at a daily supplement of £40.00 excluding VAT.

Superior Room for 2 guests

Individually designed bedrooms with minimalistic and Japanese feel. All rooms have plenty of natural daylight and the major colour schemes are black and white or beige and white. The layout of each room is unique but always allows for privacy and comfort.

Deluxe Room for 2 guests

Deluxe bedrooms are slightly larger than our Superior bedrooms. The decor and design is the same minimalistic Japanese feel throughout. Some Deluxe bedrooms do have king size beds in them and a little seating area within the bedroom as an added feature. Our Deluxe bedrooms can also accommodate an extra bed for a child up to the age of 13 years.

Lioness Den Suite for 2 guests

This suite is famous for its daring design feature - the bed is on a platform, suspended from the ceiling by metal bars. Also on this hanging mezzanine is an ensuite bathroom, plasma TV and storage space. The main bathroom is downstairs with a steel bath/shower and sink. The suite has wooden floors, wicker seating, and overlooks the Hempel Zen Garden.
