The residences, starting from 60 m2, include every detail for your comfort. In the Senior, Terrace and Executive Suites, you may relax in the living room which is fully equipped with a desk, TV and a DVD player, or you may prepare snacks in the kitchenette. During your stay at The Sofa, an unlimited, 24 hours-a-day, personalized service is only a touch away. By using the "24 Hours Anything Anytime" service, you may order flowers, buy theater tickets, set up a meeting room, or order a drink.

Booking policy

Guarantee deposit (10% advance fee) is charged in euro by Holidays Apart, upon reservation.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel (cards welcome: VISA and Mastercard).
In case of cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
For a cancellation or no show, fees are deducted from the guarantee deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
100% charged up to 2 days before arrival when cancellation no show.

Rates per room and per night, VAT not included: 8%. Breakfast not included. Taxes not included.
