Every room is an individual chill out room in warm colours with a view of the lake and mountains. Flat screen TV, Play Station 3 and LED-illuminated bathtub, trendy spa-area with indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a relaxation room. The in-house, partly canopied, terrace with an embarkation point.

Booking policy

Guarantee deposit (10% advance fee) is charged in euro by Holidays Apart, upon reservation.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel (cards welcome: VISA and Mastercard).
In case of cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
For a cancellation or no show, fees are deducted from the guarantee deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
First night charged up to 7 days before arrival when cancellation no show.

Appendix of rates

Rates per room and per night. Breakfast not included, 15 euros per guest. Taxes not included. Transfer is free of charge to and from Küssnacht railway station.
