Overview

Situated in the oldest part of the Kasbah District the Riad Sultan was restaured by a team of craftsmen called Maâlems in the pure moroccan traditions and craftsmenship, zelliges and bejmats to preserve its soul. The french owners have picked up, throught the world and particulary in Arab and Ottoman countries items that are used for its decoration.Lots of originality in its patio, living roms with chimney and library. Dar Sultan's 3 different floors give on the inside square where you'll enjoy dreaming, reading or sipping a glass of tea. The house's four rooms, all with corner sitting-rooms are very peaceful, you'll simply hear the singing of a myriad of birds. From the luxuriant greenness in the shaded terraces, to the Caidale tent, everything prompts you to watch the Spanish coast, so close to Tangier. Dar Sultan also offers a great library specialized in Morocco; you will also have, in this room, the possibility to smoke Narguile. Dar Sultan is located in the Kasbah district. The Kasbah is an area located above the Medina, separated by ramparts. It is in the Kasbah area where the Sultan used to live and where were all the official buildings. The Medina and the city center are only a few minutes away from Dar Sultan.

Booking policy

25% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the Riad. Credit cards not accepted by the hotel.
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
21 days to arrival date or anticipated departure : 100 % penalty (cancellation fees deducted from the guarantee deposit will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process).

Appendix of rates

Rates calculated on the basis of double room, breakfast, soft drink and airport service included (3 nights minimum stay required). Other services: menu=starting from 22€ (per person, without beverage).
