Once past the gate of Bab Doukala, entering the medina of Marrakech where the Riad Utopia Suites & Spa. A few steps from the Place Jamaa El Fna Square and its famous souks, opens to you a surprising contrast: a haven of peace where you can charm and sweetness in the middle of the excitement of the city.
Riad offers a suite Executive charm and luxury, six junior suites and luxury charm, one double bedroom luxury charm and comfort, a Bhou with flat screen television, a reading lounge and a dining room with fireplace a wood fire, which open onto a patio equipped d a pool of 10 m long. A panoramic terrace overlooking the whole of the medina of Marrakech and offers a magnificent view of the snowy heights of the Atlas.

Booking policy
Guarantee deposit (20% advance fee) is charged in euro by Holidays Apart, upon reservation.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel (cards welcome: VISA and Mastercard).
In case of cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
For a cancellation or no show, fees are deducted from the guarantee deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
30% charged between 30 and 8 days before arrival.
100% charged when less than 8 days ou no show.
Appendix of rates
Rates per room and per night. Breakfast not included. Local taxes not included in the price of 26 Dhs (2.25 EUR) per night per guest, details as follows: communal residence fee of 15 Dhs (1.30 EUR) fee to promote tourism 11 Dhs (0.95 EUR). Transfer airport-riad roundtrip for 3 guests: 28 EUR.
