Booking policy

25% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the Riad.
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 60% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees deducted from the guarantee deposit will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

Rates calculated per night and per room, breakfast included.
Other services: airport transfer=30€ (airport transfer included for booking of 3 nights or more).
