Booking policy

20% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the Riad.
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 0-11 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees deducted from the guarantee deposit will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
