Overview

In the sestiere of Dorsoduro, on the Rio Torreselle and on the Fondamenta Venier dei Leoni a pre-nineteenth century building was opened in the summer of 2003, the Charming House DD724. An Inn with charm and modern design, created by the architect Mauro Mazzolini who has completed this project after many others in Rome and in Umbria, where he resides. DD724 is situated next to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, a few steps from the Cini Palace, the Galleria dell'Accademia and the Chiesa della Salute in the hearth of Venician art. Once he has passed through the entrance, the guest immediately finds himself surrounded by monuments, the lagoon and the allure of the city. The eyes are drawn to works of art by some of the most important repersentatives of Italian painting, such as Raimondo Galeano, whose artistic research began as a form of pictorial expression based on the study of the image using true classical painting techniques, Stefania Orrù, Nazareno Luciani, Terenzio Eusebi, Gianni Tarli and the photography of Piero Roi.

Booking policy

Guarantee deposit (10% advance fee) is charged in euro by Holidays Apart, upon reservation.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel (cards welcome: VISA and Mastercard).
In case of cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
For a cancellation or no show, fees are deducted from the guarantee deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
100% up to 3 days before arrival. 100% for no show.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

Appendix of rates

Prices include continental taxes, breakfast, complimentary soft drinks minibar (alcholic and refill on charge) WIFI internet access, service and VAT. Additional supplements for third and fourth beds are 80 euros and 50 euros respectively. Additional supplement for cot is 30 euros.
