Booking policy

Guarantee deposit (10% advance fee) is charged in euro by Holidays Apart, upon reservation.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel (cards welcome: VISA and Mastercard).
In case of cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
For a cancellation or no show, fees are deducted from the guarantee deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
No fees up to 48H before arrival. 2 nights charged up to 3 days before arrival.

Appendix of rates

Children under the age of 12 can travel and share the room with their parents for free (without extra bed). There is no possibility of placing additional beds, except in the superior rooms.
