Booking policy

Guarantee deposit (10% advance fee) is charged in euro by Holidays Apart, upon reservation.


Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel (cards welcome: VISA and Mastercard).

In case of cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
For a cancellation or no show, fees are deducted from the guarantee deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
80% of the first night charged up to 28 days before arrival when cancellation no show.

Appendix of rates

Breakfast at 9 euros. Local taxes not included.
