Children and extra beds:

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Booking policy

Guarantee deposit (10% advance fee) is charged in euro by Holidays Apart, upon reservation.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel (cards welcome: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro)
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
For a cancellation or no show, fees are deducted from the guarantee deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations after 6.00 pm on the arrival date are charged with 95% of the booking amount.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
