Booking policy

10% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit.
The outstanding balance is strictly due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
14 days to arrival date or anticipated departure : 100 % penalty (cancellation fees deducted from the guarantee deposit will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process).
