Overview

The Hotel Sax has retained its classicist appearance. Yet the building is originally medieval and dates from the 14th century. At that time it was owned by a blacksmith named Sax, after whom the hotel was named. The interiors are now fitted out with retro furnishings from the 1950s, 60s and 70s, and the designs come from the studio of the architects Nadi Sádovská and Jaromír Pitzinger.

Services

Every room is equipped with air-conditioning, an LCD television, telephone, and minibar. In the rooms you will find a laptop with high speed Internet prepared, as well as a DVD player (DVD hire at reception) and an LCD television with satellite programming, such as BBC, CNN or Sky. The interiors of the Hotel Sax will transport you to the 1950s, 60s, or 70s, which typically enjoyed freedom of design and especially the use of materials which the technological progress of the time allowed.

Booking policy

Guarantee deposit (10% advance fee) is charged in euro by Holidays Apart, upon reservation.
Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel (cards welcome: VISA and Mastercard).
In case of cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
For a cancellation or no show, fees are deducted from the guarantee deposit of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
First night charged up to 2 days before arrival when cancellation no show.

Appendix of rates

Rates per room and per night. Full breakfast and afternoon tea included. Taxes not included. Single use of room: 12 euros less. Extra bed for children: 0-3 years old, free of charge. 3-12 years old, 50% off.
