Overview
Four charming rooms bed and breakfast at the doors of the Park of Mercantouroverhanging the valley of the var to 432 m of altitude. Rooms are located on the second floor of the property, overhanging the village of Villars sur var and the valley, with an access allowing a total independence. They are carefully decorated, each one in a different style, so that each one is smelled there has ease.
Tariff annex
Tariffs calculated on the basis of double room, breakfast included.
Extra bed=20€/night. Other services: spa=25€/day (per person).
Booking policy
1) 15% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit.
2) Payment of the outstanding balance at the Château d'Esperon.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
Cancellations received 15-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 8-14 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 65% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 0-8 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
