Overview
Behind the walls of Bab Doukkala, through one of the most trading busy alleys, a hundred meters after, on Derb l’Hotel right, the gates of Riad Moucharabieh open on an atmosphere of serenity, and bygone living freshness. The Riad Moucharabieh "Delacroix Wing", an ancient seigniorial dwelling erected at the end of 1930, entirely restaured in 1997, so far it has had a four air conditioned suites, all equipped with chimneys and shower–baths, luxuriantly laid out in the Moroccan style of the 50 s. Authenticity, charm and refinement. The reception, the lounges and the dining rooms arranged around a patio with columns and traditional doors or tadellakt, zelliges and other arabesques rival to give this house of the Master sobrieties and an atmosphere of exception.
Service
Delacroix Wing: Air-conditioned room, jacuzzi in the central patio, a room of massage and a terrace solarium. Moroccan breakfast (open bar without alcoholic drinks included). The Riad Moucharabieh "Delacroix Wing" can be rented out exclusively. We can accommodate 10 people in five rooms with a double bed. On request, it is also possible to rent the Riad Moucharabieh "Delacroix Wing" so as to accommodate 18 people. Have the whole riad to yourselves!
Tariff annex
Tariffs calculated on the basis of double room, breakfast and open bar without alcoholic drinks included.
Full Riad Moucharabieh rentals "Matisse Wing" and "Delacroix Wing" for 18 persons:
low=1040€ per day / middle=1400€ per day / high=1680€ per day.
Booking policy
1) 20% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit.
2) Payment of the outstanding balance at the Riad.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
30 days to arrival date: 50 % penalty.
21 days to arrival date: 75 % penalty.
15 days to arrival date or anticipated departure : 100 % penalty.
Cancellation fees deducted from the guarantee deposit will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
