Overview
The Riad Houdou is located in a historical quarter of the medina, near to the Medersa Ben Youssef, Marrakech Museum, and the Jemma El Fna Square. Two fountains are strategically placed on the large central patio that is decorated with orange trees. A traditional Moroccan basin (splash pool) adorns a small second patio and will be appreciated on warm afternoons. Ancient walls and architecture house four guest rooms and one suite that can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people. Beautiful views of the Atlas Mountains and the Minaret of the Koutoubia can be enjoyed from the rooftop terrace where you are also welcome to enjoy traditional meals that are available upon request. Traditional Moroccan hospitality and European comfort. All rooms are air conditioned.
Service
As a private rental, the five rooms of the Riad Houdou can accommodate up to 12 people (beds: 4 doubles, 4 singles and 2 rollaways). Onsite staff and guardian. Breakfast is included daily in the rate.
Tariff annex
Tariffs calculated on the basis of double room (except for the Noujoum suite, basis price for 4 pax), breakfast included.
Other services: lunch=25€ / dinner=35€ (per person, without beverage) / airport transfer: from 2 to 4 persons=30€ / from 5 to 10 persons=50€.
Booking policy
1) 15% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit.
2) Payment of the outstanding balance at the Riad.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees deducted from the guarantee deposit will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
