Booking policy
1) 25% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit.
2) Payment of the outstanding balance at the Riad.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
Cancellations received 21 days to arrival day are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees deducted from the guarantee deposit will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
