Overview
This Riad is situated inside the old medina with a panoramic view of the ocean, far from traditional hotel standards. It consists of five rooms and a suite with terrace on the beach located in a unique and authentic setting. In the heart of the Essaouira medina, two minutes from the main square and five minutes from the beach, this old residence rises above the ramparts of the “Stairway of the Casbah” that faces the ocean and the island of Mogador.

Booking policy
1) 20% charged upon reservation as a guarantee deposit.
2) Payment of the outstanding balance at the Riad. Payment by credit card accepted, Visa or Mastercard, additional charge: 4,3%.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the guarantee deposit is non-redeemable.
21 days to arrival date or anticipated departure : 100 % penalty (cancellation fees deducted from the guarantee deposit will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process).
